Virtual Tours are Key in Today’s CRE Market

When one thinks of virtual tours, the Residential Real Estate market comes to mind as one to use them frequently. With today’s COVID pandemic, the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market is also seeing the value in this digital service. It is a concept that will improve brand awareness and customer service. After researching the types of virtual tours available, we decided to go with the 3D walkthrough design. The digital walkthrough creates a visual of the property to scale. The tours also allow our clients to choose where they want to navigate within the space, turn-by-turn.

The overall biggest benefit is that it saves everyone time. It gives potential clients a “preview” of the space, much like an “Open House.” It also allows clients to feel safer and limits the amount of in-person showings necessary. If they are truly interested, then they are the ones to officially pick up the phone or email to ask further questions, followed by a scheduled in-person property tour.
